This bottling of "Hazmat" is a rye whiskey distilled from our flagship rye mashbill of 61% rye malt and 39% corn, and was aged for 9 years, 2 months, 16 days (3,364 days) in new, 15 gallon, charred oak barrels, making it our oldest released whiskey to date!

Tasting Notes: Pine forest, anise, and toffee on the nose, with eucalyptus, nutmeg, snickerdoodle cookies, coffee, and light notes of chocolate on the palate. 

A strong and strident whiskey, yet surprisingly drinkable considering the proof!
