Big Horn Bourbon is the newest 291 signature whiskey — spicy, smooth, and full of character. Built on a high-rye mash bill for depth and distinction, it’s finished with toasted aspen staves for a lingering reminder of the Colorado Rockies. Named for Colorado’s iconic bighorn sheep, this bourbon stands strong. It’s bold 291 through and through.
