We love our rye malt here at Distillery 291. So, what could be better than a whiskey crafted with 100% rye malt, aged in new charred oak, and finished with toasted aspen wood staves?

This limited-edition whiskey offers rich, complex flavors, color, and mouthfeel. It represents 291 Colorado Whiskey: Rugged, Refined, and Rebellious®.

291 All Rye Colorado Whiskey Batch #3 promises to be an instant favorite among whiskey enthusiasts, offering a unique flavor profile with notes of assorted dried stone fruits, sandalwood, butterscotch, black pepper, cedar, and cinnamon toast.

“We were inspired to create the addition to our line-up after the success of 291 E Batch #3, our first experiment with a single rye malt expression,” said Michael Myers, CEO & Founding Distiller of 291 Colorado Whiskey.

“We liked it so much we decided to make it again… this time featuring 50% Colorado rye malt from our friends at Root Shoot Malting out of Loveland, CO and 50% of our original rye malt from Germany.”

Now, it was no longer an experiment, it needed a name, to which Myers exclaimed, ”All Rye, All Rye, All Rye®!”
